Can a person do 2 different signature when signing signature on legal document

A person who sign the legal document and put his signature on all the pages can he sign different siganture in the document or it has to be same.

What if a person has done different signature does the document stands valid

For example

Page 1 signatre - xys

Page 2 Signature - Wxy

So does it stand valid document with 2 different signature on registred documents and will a government officer accept it even though two different signature are put.

It depend for which purpose he made that signature.

Document is considered as valid.

Not a big objection if same person has signed the documents and accepting.

Person is not objecting i am taking the matter to legal and i checked the documents the signature are different.

I want to know how can two different signature on legal document can be accepted.

What makes it stand legal..Tommarrow a person is not there in city signed by some one and later he comes and say its my signature dont the law think it is not the right practice.

Normally signature has to be same everywhere. However if any body has made different sign then other of his own , he has to prove it on question arises.

Person is in Bed Rest since 5 years and i just did signature done by his daughter and i see 90% similarity in surname is same and i feel her daughter is doing the signature.

In the agreement he has done short signature first name and surname first letter and in other signature he has done only first name and full surname

If the signatures were done by other person same can be got examined by handwriting expert.

Your post implies: It is one document having many pages.Signature on each page is not same and is different.

Ideally it should be same.

You have also posted that;' i feel her daughter is doing the signature.'

Some Alternatives; Ask the signatory to verify his signatures and or/sign in the presence of competent person and take thumb impression. Get copy of Aadhar Card that has stored -in thumb impression.

Obtain opinion from handwriting Expert, as suggested by expert Mr. Goyal.

If the person is agreeing that the signatures are his, legally the statement should be accepted or proved otherwise to the satisfaction of the court through solid evidences.

You are right in your perspective since the signatures on each page are for an agreement.
