Desolation of marriage

My brother has marriage in Feb 2010 and he has petition for judicial separation but it gave as premature I.e less than 2yrs , after that the wife has filed 498 (A), 126, which he was jailed and got bail within 7 days ,with some baseless elegation . Now she has filed desolation of marriage under section 27 b and d , but they have different angles which alleged we three sisters all are married happily doing job no financial constrain , they have written in the petition that our mother who is a retired school teacher asked for flat for us , demanded money for settlement.which are baseless and it's getting very insulting to the family , so can we do something to have some justice as the wife of my brother is taking advantage of 498 , just creepling the family at all , not sparing married sisters , our ailing mother , please give some solution to get end of this cruel lady

Do not panic.. as the case has already been filed, you have to defend strongly.. If you are sure that the allegations made by her are baseless, you have to prove this to the court. Take a help of a good lawyer.. all the best.
