Service contract for school teachers

Dear Learned Experts
I am glad to inform that we have received permission to start pre-primary school as I mentioned in my previous queries.
The name of the school is Hubballi International School which is a unit of St. Francis Trust.
Now we would like to enter into a 11 months service contract and would like to seek your suggestion and guidance whether should I make the service contract between the teacher and St. Francis Trust or between teacher and Hubballi International School.
What kind of agreement is appropriate?
Service Contract or Contract or Agreement. Appreciate your Guidance in this matter.

why do not you make regular appointment and pay them as per govt directions (as legally required) for the entire 12 months and deposit their PF also.

We have Esic, epf, medical insurance for those whose gross exceeds esi threshold. Accident insurance, Gratuity for completing 5 years etc.. Even teachers would would be covered under esi, epf and others mentioned above, we normally hire first on 11 months contract for charitable trust later based on their commitment and performance we regularise. Since school is our first experience, we want to have legal expertise.

You may give any name, the meaning would be the same. May be on contractual basis, but agreement has to be made as service agreement containing prescribed conditions of service, subject to the fulfillment of the provisions of the labour & service laws.

Why don't you take a help of a good lawyer to avoid further complications when you do not know about the title of the agreement?
