True information with false experience certificate

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 March 2018 This query is : Resolved
I have joined a govt job that required 6 months experience. As i worked 8 month in private company they denied to give experience certificate before serving one year. So i attached false certificate with documents, that was denied during verification by my previous private company. Although after request, my previous company provided me experience letter containing same date. But still my present govt employer is not considering latest experience letter and still need clarification on my previously given certificate. And today they have terminated me form my post with immediate effect.
Kindly suggest me what should i do next as information given be me is true and my previous company has provided me all needed experience certificates.

@ Anonymous,
Your employer should have opted for boarding and lodging in Tihar jail. You must feel lucky.

You're lucky man that simply terminated your service and not charged for offence of cheating and forgery by the government department. You shouldn't have done all this, simply submitted copy of your salary slips for the period you worked in the private company with the affidavit on oath that the said company was not issuing you experience letter but you worked there for the number of months that can be clarified from the salary slips of that period..

Better forget it. Forgery of documents and fabricating false evidence could have landed you in jail with the efforts of your past or even the present employer. You should be thankful for their act of grace towards you.

Did you consult elders of your family, well wishers, seasoned and sincere employee’s/trade union leaders very able senior LOCAL counsel(s) of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and having successful track record …and worth his/her salt… before acting on your own……..and indulging in preparing documents and probably forging signatures etc…?
If you had consulted they would have advised that starting from copy of job advertisement/job application, interview call letter, selection letter, offer letter, appointment letter, copy of salary a/c opening form attested by employer, salary slips/credits in salary a/c, Form16, PF a/c slips, ESIC card, notice of resignation and POD/acknowledgment, acceptance of resignation, FnF statement, FnF payouts, exit forms, NOC/NDC etc etc can suffice as good as service certificate….
And you must not indulge in malpractices..and that recourse is possible if employer has not issued service certificate..
Service Certificate is to be issued to all employees…
IT cannot be submitted by employee until or unless IT is issued and supplied by employer to employee…and employee can very well mention and enclose copies of communications addressed to employer for issuing and supplying such docs..

Some employers may ask and accept an affidavit by employee regarding tenure of last service…
Later IT was issued to you….
In future consult before acting on your own…
For your satisfaction approach in person your own very able senior LOCAL counsel(s) of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and having successful track record …and worth his/her salt…

The counsel may not charge any fee

or IT may be so reasonable that you may agree IT is negligible...
