MAGISTRATES-----

(1) CHIEF JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE
{i}ADDL. C.J.M.
(2) JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE (I st CLASS)
(2) JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE (II nd CLASS)

Power to hear and decide criminal matters.

JUDGES-------

(1) CIVIL JUDGE (Senior Division)
(2) CIVIL JUDGE (Junior Division)

So there is no such difference, every judicial oficer at 1st appoint as a Civil Judge and the power of Magistrate'll given to him for criminal matters.

DISTRICT AND SESSIONS JUDGE-----
