You can file the petition either in North or South part of Delhi, where-ever you like. But your choose the reliefs you are seeking under this Act very carefully, i.e.,maintenance, residential orders and protection orders etc. In addition to this, you find out from your client that whether her husband had self acquired property and/or ancestral property in his name and whether he left any will or not during his lifetime. After ascertaining these facts, you chalk out a proper legal plan, so that your client gets full justice. In this connection, any problem or confusion arises in your mind, take my assistance without hesitation, as I am a Delhi based lawyer.
