sir.,
out clients are done business up to 31st march., 2011 and they decided to change & nature of the business from trading to rental income.
1) please provide the specimen deed.
2) if the lease/rental income will come under what head,
3) in the position assessee has got doubt in relating to partners Interest & Remuneration

AS you require professional services then better you hire any local lawyer along-with all documents of previous partnership and future plan so that appropriate deed may be drafted. There is no word of specimen deed.

You need to draft a new partnership deed and the same to be signed by all the partners and then submitted before registrar of Firms
