Which award are you talking about?

If it was an award of arbitrator, you can directly get it executed through the court and there is no need to obtain Sucession Certificate.

There is a difference between an award and succession certificate. Please give brief of the case and to which you are treating award cum succession certificate?

it was arbitrators award

Award of an arbitrator is executable like a civil court decree in terms of section 36 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
