reservation/ promotion of DT/NT and OBC in maharastra

what is law or rule says for reservation/ promotion for DT/NT ABC ........etc. in Maharastra state.
As per Punjab high court it is not as per constitution of India.
Please guide or give references.

Reservation of OBCs is constitutional and it is not confined to any particular State, however, some castes are included as OBC in some States but the same castes are not in OBC in some other State. So it is better to check State list of OBCs.
