Please give me the ans, i want to know that it is compalsary to get a membership of Bar council of india, before apply for advocate exam. ,if any other advocate association take a advocate exam or not.

Only BCI takes that exam.

Yes, one has to first get enrolled as an Advocate in the State Bar Council (not Bar Council of India) and only thereafter one can take the AIBE conducted by the Bar Council of India.
