Dear Ld. Members,

I was framed in 498acase, to defend my self I would like to file a RTI to my FIL School.

Query:
The A.P.C.S.Conduct)Rules 1964 are applicable to Aided School by a State Govt of A.P.

Your answer would solve 75% of the problem

THE ANSWER IS YES, THE AIDED SCHOOL COMES UNDER THE AMBIT OF THE RTI ACT.
