BANKING COMPANY ARE FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS AND ARE NOT GOVERNED BY COMPANY LAW. SO THE SUIT IS TO BE FILED IN HIGH COURT.

so like ICICI bank will have jurisdiction under the high court?
