Dear Mr. Makkad,
I suspect the querist himself is an Advocate and is only asking for a "template" / "proforma" of any sample legal opinion report on property title verification - so that he can utilise the same for rendering such opinions.

Dear Mr. Prabhakar,
I never said it was bad. All that I was trying is to clarify to Mr. Makkad who answered: "Seek help of local lawyer bring all relevant title documents of the property against which verification is required."
You will appreciate that Mr. Makkad would not have made that reply if only he had an inkling that the querist is an Advocate himself!
My interjection was only to that limited extent. In fact the fact whether the question was bad or good didn't even cross my mind when I gave my comment.

If you are a fresher in legal profession, please take the advice of the seniors, in giving legal opinion on the property.

The format is not important, the final opinion is most important.

LEGAL OPINION DIFFERS FROM TITLE TO DOCUMENTS. THEY ARE SOME INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS OF SOME PERSONS. WHICH CANNOT BE PUBLISHED IN PUBLIC FORUM.

In order to write a legal opinion on title verification of property first you need to examine the history of the property and to establish chain and linkup of all deeds up to date of verification ,then you need to inspect the registry records of at least 30years(many prefer for just 12 years)to ascertain if the property is free from all charges and encumbrances,then accordingly a report is prepared having regard to the various provisions of law that may be found relevant for consideration in the very matter.
