We have a Footwear manufacturing company under MRP act i.e. 4A , kindly guide wheather in case of Direct supplies to Industry the MRP will be applicable or not & the excise duty will be paid on the contarct value as per the SWM act .

Pl clarify us.

DIRECT SUPPLIES TO INDUSTRY MRP NOT APPLICABLE.

THE EXCISE DUTY IS APPLICABLE AS PER LAW.

Please tell what the Industry to whom you will be supplying the foot wear would do with the said food wear? How will the industry will use the same?
