I feel that through format of special power of attorney, your purpose could not be achieved. It is better to sit with a local lawyer and brief him your entire process so that he may do the needful.

are you a lawyer? if so your vaklatnama is sufficient / if you are not a lawyer get it drafted by a lawyer as no standard format is possible
