DEAR SIR,
MY SELF AND MY UNCLE GOT 20 ACRES OF LAND AS THE LEGAL HEIR AND THE ENTIRE LAND RECORDED IN OUR NAME IN THE TEHASIL RECORD , AND 2 ACRES OUT OF THAT LAND WE BOTH MADE AN RELEASE DEED IN FAVOR OF OUR RELATIVES IN THE YEAR 1975 WITH RIGHT, TITLE , INTEREST,BUT SINCE THEN THEY COULD NOT MUTATED THE LAND IN THERE FAVOR AND STILL IT IS RECORDED IN OUR NAME AND WE ARE PAYING LAND REVENUE ,MORE OVER THEY ARE NOT POSSESSION OVER THE LAND CAN WE FILE ANY CASE TO GET BACK THE SAME LAND AND WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE PLEASE SUGGEST

it would be abosiltuely unethical on your part to claim land which has been surrendered by you to your relatives by a release deed.
instead of filing case to claim that land why dont you point said fact to your relatives that they have still not got land transferred in their name .

OUT OF 20 acres 02 acres released in relative's favor now desired to be taken back because circumstances are favorable to you????
