Divorce

My husband has left home a month back saying that he has applid for divorce and won come back. But i didnt get notice yet. When i searched in court, it has been rejected due to wrong address.
So what process can i follow to stop him from re-applying it again, untill he comes to know about the rejection?

there is not any procedure of the court to stop your husband from filing of the case but you can solve the dispute by the intervention of respected persons of your family.

we dont advice you to violate the law . your husband will make fresh attempt of service by mentioning correct address . the procedure may take a month or so
