HI SIR GOODEVENING, WE HAVE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY IN GANDHI NAGAR DELHI,THIS PROPERTY IS IN NAME OF MY FATHER IN LAW AND HIS BROTHER .THEY ARE TOTAL 3 BROTHERS AND THREE SISTERS .OUT OF WHICH ONE BROTHER AND ONE SISTER IS EXPIRED .NOW MY FATHER IN LAW BROTHER WHO IS EXPIRED HIS SON MADE FORCEFULLY POSSESSION ON THE ABOVE PROPERTY FROM LAST SEVEN YEARS THIS PROPERTY IS IN HIS POSSESSION WHILE WE HAVE PAPER WITH SIGNATURE ON THAT FROM ALL BROTHERS AND SISTER THAT WE NOT NEED ANY SHARE FROM THIS .THIS PROPERTY IS IN NAME OF MY FATHER IN LAW AND HIS BROTHER .THESE PAPERS ARE NOT REGISTERED IN COURT AND THESE PAPERS ARE ON COURT STAMP PAPERS .IS THERE ANY WAY WE CAN REGISTERED THESE PAPERS IN COURT NOW .OR WHAT WE CAN DO TO GET OUR PROPERTY BACK

AND MY FATHER IN LAW IS PAYING HOUSE TAX AND ELECTRICITY BILL FROM LAST 7 YEARS .

Since this paper was not registered by paying any stamp duty it does not have force. So without wasting any time any of you should file a suit for partition and injunction. To get the fruits of the business you can apply for appointment of Receiver for proper management and rendition of accounts as well.
