Conditions in rcr settlement

Guest (Querist) 22 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
Hello Learned members,

Wife filed 498a and other complaints no FIR yet. Husband filed RCR . 1.5 Year kid is born out of wedlock.

Can husband asks for conditions in the settlement in writing while taking her back ?

Conditions like write all complaints were false and out of anger it was given. Relatives name who provoked her to make this complaint. She is sorry for her behaviour and involving inlaws in this litigation etc etc

I would like to take one more chance as 1.5 year young kid's future is at stake.

Please suggest.

Thank you.

for your kid future try to arrive at mutual settlement .she can withdraw complaints she has made. the terms of settlement you discuss with your lawyer.

Since you are taking another chance it is really appreciable and I wish all the best.
RCR can not be conditional.

It is the mutual faith and trust which binds a family, not the mere papers.

Der aye durust aye ! And it is never late to come back home are the sayings.I shall say both of you that espousing is chemistry and not the physics and law can NOT solve problems related to it.

As per facts of your case, I have come to conclusion that your wife is ready to accept her guilt and is even ready to admit all those mistakes.

There is no legal hurdle in getting writing from your wife in settlement deed to be filed in your ongoing RCR and to withdraw your case on the basis of settlement.

I have stated many times, RCR is a useless case. It has to be unconditional.
