Threat with pct act

We have some family property dispute with my brother-in-law, which we are handling through court. In the mean while just to harass us, my in-law is using some of this friends beloning to schedule caste to file a case against me using PCR act, as if I have abused the person.
What preventive steps i need to take to come out from this, which authority i need to inform their evil plan. I was told that if the person from SC/ST goes and gives complaint with some injury (as if i have done) i will be arrested immediately. please direct me to come out this threat

you can complaint either police station or send the legal notice aforesaid reasons.

It shall be better for you to bring this fact in writing in the knowledge of senior police officials say SSP of the area so that in that eventuality, an impartial enquiry may be held prior to moving ahead in that false case.

yes. you have to take necessary steps to pre caution., for this offence you can not get a.b., so be wiser than them.,
