Dear Sir,
I want to know what is legal drafting and if any rules or format required to be followed while drafting and also give examples of legal drafting?

deed of conveyance , Gift deed , will are examples of agreements drafted by a lawyer .
for each agreement to be drafted you have to be very careful . know the complete facts of the case before trying todraft the documents .
buy some books on drafting .if you ahve done your law you will be having a subject on drafting .

If you just want ready made then you have already got and if you want to learn them by concept then have two texts of P.C.Mogha(1)Law of pleadings and(2)Law of Conveyancing and read these religiously.

Draftin means preparing documents such as deeds, agreements, affidavits, declarations, MOU, MOA, AOA, plaints, Written Statements, communications, complaints etc........
Legal drafting simply means that drafting a document as per the provisions of law.
You can learn that only by thorough study and experience. if you start depending on readymade drafts, then you will depend to that for ever.
It is impossible to provide the formats of all legally drafted documents through this site.
You can find it on-line and in text books.
