Remarriage can be done within 2-3 months of expiry of period of filing the appeal.

Where a marriage has been dissolved by a decree of divorce and there is no right of appeal is barred by limitation or the appeal, if presented in time, is dismissed.After expiry appeal period of 3 months.

As there are conflicting opinions i am putting the relevant provision section 28(4) Every appeal under this section shall be preferred within a 2[period of ninety days] from the date of the decree or order.]

So now the period of appeal is 90 days and not 30 days then one has to wait for u/s 15. Divorced persons when may marry again.-
When a marriage has been dissolved by a decree of divorce and either there is no right of appeal against the decree or, if there is such a right of appeal, the time for appealing has expired without an appeal having been presented, or an appeal has been presented but has been dismissed, it shall be lawful for either party to the marriage to marry again:
WAIT WOULD BE ACCORDINGLY WHICH WOULD BE NO LESS THAN 90 DAYS IF NO APPEAL IS FILLED.
