Sir I want to purchase a land in rudrapur,udhamsingh nagar,can you brief me how to check this land is right,or wrong,or his property dealer is not cheating with me.what paper i am demanding on land regarding.

You have to check the land records with the revenue department (office of Tahsildar).
You shall check the mutation entries and shall see how the present owner got the said land by verifying documents to that effect.
It is better to get the services of a professional as such guidance cannot be given through thi site in detail

YOU HAVE TO CHECK CURRENT OWNER TITILE AND POSSESSION.MUTATION IN OWNER NAME.SOURCE OF TITLE OF OWNER AND TO LINK IT WITH PREVIOUS TITLES,30 YEARS REGISTRATION RECORDS SEARCH TO LOOK THAT NO ENCMBERANCE IS THERE.cOURT RECORDS SEARCH TO CHECK NO SUIT IS PENDING.

You should obtain sijra of the land with latest Jamabandi and a search report from local lawyer with encumberance certificate from local Tehsildar only then should go ahead.
