Ancestral property

I am Hindu, residing at Maharashtra.we have ancestral property from last 4 generations. my father got his share. my father is having 2 sons (1 expired) and 2 daughters (married). Now my father is telling me that he will dissolve me from his family and he will prepare a will. my father is not having any property earn by himself. Please guide me what to do. Can i get my share from this property.... please guide me what legal actions i can take?

hai. yes u will definitely get ur eligible share of ancestral property, out of the total ancestral property. u can demand for the partition by instituting the partition suit in the court of law. for this u can contact an advocate of ur area for better solution and help.

Your share in the ancestral property cannot be snatched from you irrespective of your expulsion from family.

Ur father says he will Prepare WILL,
Means he is not going to take any action during his Lifetime, till his death.

Otherwise also Your Right cannot be taken out by ur father now or after his death by will.
DO NOT WORRY, JUST NEGLECT WHAT HE SAYS.
u don't need to take any action. ur right is intact.
