why i am not been given advice by experts on query that can trust change donated land registered for educational purpose to arya samaj or add arya samaj in the premises and print arya samaj pad with same address

sir, my uncle( fathers elder brorther) donated the plot to and educational institution and hand over to the president of society for education only in 1958. as head of deed in urdu starts as hebanama bahk talimi institution. since school was closed due to financial problem as it was running on no profit no lose. Evil eyes were on the land as it is in very posh colony. our neigh-borer a land mafia forged my father signature and attempted to register the trust in his name. we made complaint to police to counter blast he registered fir against us u/ 406,420 with his influence under pressure he got affidaviate from us that we forgo our membership to cancel fir but he never did in the mean time only good thing we could do was to file pvt complaint and summoned him. know case is on charge and fir on us on police evidence now come their problem because they are not able to produce documents and again trying to push to the corner with help of police they registered fir against us u/s 295 by showing that land is arya samaj that to registered. we are on bail by producing document of deed that this is not arya samaj it is only school judge sahib endorsed and gave bail it is this i need help as we have asked for inquiry i need to show some document which could substantiate my point legally. I f it is possible give me point or document as tomorrow i have to meet adcp thankyou
