Name transfer

sir, I would like to ask a query about name transfer in chawls, As I purchased a premises in 2009 and I have not transferred my name because landlord has changed, He is now ready to transfer my name, but he is expecting more money from me nearly 10-12 lacs, as we have purchased the said premises at 34 lacs. So pls advise me the correct procedure. your reply would be highly appreciated.

do you have rent recipts from earlier landlord?

what are facts of your case? why you want name transfer? in whose name were the earlier rent receipts issued?
