Society membership

Even though we have won the case in consumer court that compansession has to be paid by builder as there was delay in giving the possession ,the society is now refusing the membership as the builder has appealed in higher court and the society chairman says that as this case is in court we are unable to make you member.Actually the consumer court has given clear idea and directives to the society regarding the membership.

issue legal notice to society for failing to comply with orders passed by consumer forum . please mention that no stay has been granted by State commission and order is binding on society .

If society is not following the clear direction of the consumer fora then you are required to file an execution petition seeking compliance of the directions.
