Kindly tell me if a primary teacher (regular) of Basic Primary Education Uttar Pradesh apply through proper channel for higher post in other department and if the person is being selected in other department. Is there provision of lien for two year or up to probation period (in other department)in previous service (primary teacher in Basic Primary Education Uttar Pradesh)...
