You need to understand that on the site referred by you an attempt has been made to
summarize the suit procedure to be followed as laid down by code of civil procedure.

Yes! T.I.Application =
Temporary Injunction Application.

1)plaintiff files suit with or with out T.I.A.
2)Court registers the suit and summons are issued to defendant.
3)If suit was with TIA thn notice for it would also be issued.
4)For service of summons or notices steps has to be taken by the plaintiff.

5)if defendant is found served but does not put appearance in the suit by filing reply to suit called W.S.(written statement),court may proceed to decide exparte.

6)In case w.s. is filed, then court frames points of dispute between parties, technically called ISSUES.By this date each party is expected to produce all documentary evidence they want to rely upon for proof of there case and are expected to get it admitted or denied by opposite party.Court may on application grant time to produce documents on subsequent date if reason is good in view of court. List of documents and list of witnesses is produced.

7)To try issues a date for final hearing is fixed by court on which parties adduce evidence on conclusion from either side, argument is heard and judgement is pronounced.

8)In this mean time several factors of a case management may lead several kind of temporary applications, marked and indexed by number, for which objections are invited,
evidence by affidavit is received, and disposal by passing of orders is made of these T.As.

Temporary Injunction. (any stay order pending hearing of case.) under ex-5

Shantanu Wavhal (Querist) 13 May 2012
this means in case if TI application is made, it is by default numbered as Exhibit no. 5.

Good that i have not made TI application.

1 step is reduced.
