Attachment of moveables in criminal law

ONE OF MY SUB CONTRACTOR HAS MISUSED / MISAPPROPRIATED MY GOODS ENTRUSTED TO HIM FOR JOB WORKS. NOW HE HAS BEEN NEGLECTING TO RETURN THE GOODS OR EQUIVALENT MONEY. CAN WE FILE PCR AGAINST HIM UNDER SEC.156(3) AND SIMULTNEOUSLY SEEK SEIZURE OF HIS FACTORY.

Lodge Fir if denied by police then 156(3)but you can not seek desired seize.

If he has misappropriated, FIR can be lodged under Sec 406. You can move court, if police refuse to register the case
