Dear Sir/s
i have paid Byana money( Token Money) to seller of plot and date is finalize for registary of plot after 2 month of byana. but sir now the seller out of city at the time of registary and saying that he will be back after 10 days but the registary date is due after 2 days. kindly suggest me that what should i do????

Wait for 2 days and then proceed legally.

1. Did you enter into any agreement in writing ?
2. Waiting would be good, but if you think that the seller is trying to act smart, then go to sub-registrar office and then get your attendance marked there, would help you if later you have to seek specific performance by a court of law.

yes sir we have signed Byana agreement on Rs.100 Stamp Papers. Is agreement of Byana on Rs.100 Stamp Papers is valid under property law. Can we sue them if there intentions are not good???

Yes, that is a valid agreement.
If he doesnot come/ return your communications, issue legal notice and then file for Specific Performance.
