It is well know that Bombay Municipal Corporation is one of the most corrupt body and so need expert help in our matter. We the tenants are being denied permission by BMC to undertake structural repairs for two tented buildings since last 10 yrs.. The high court has ordered BMC to look in to our complaint after filing a petition and so it appointed a Structural Consultancy firm on it's panel which gave a report saying building can be repaired and there is no need of demolition. In spite of this Asst. Commissioner-K East Ward due to corruption and huge bribe has issued an order to demolish the building in total contradiction of the report from consultants appointed by BMC. The current land lord or call them land mafia bought these buildings from a public trust run by a greedy Todi family and we did not get the chance to buy our tenancy premises in spite of approaching Charity Commissioner and are pitted against the land mafia. Pl. help and guide us.

File a Writ against the BMC. The report against the demolition would do a lot of help in your case against the BMC.
