Salary pending for 3 months

Hi My company is not ready to give me 3 months salary. My salary is 17000 p.m. I worked as Manager. It is a proprietorship concern. Less than 15-20 employees are working. Other employees got their salary. But my salary is pending. I asked my boss. He is not picking my phone call. And there is no proper answer from that company. Since I came out from that company since one month. What can I do?

YOU MUST AVE RESIGNED WITHOUT PROPER ADVANCE NOTICE, OR left the company w/o any intimation.
You can attend for a day, issue letter demanding your salary, ask for your salary in person, and depending on their reply , Issue Legal notice demanding your salary.

I had given one month notice. They promised me I will get all dues by phone. But they are not willing to give my salary.

So issue notice saying, as you insisted the Company to pat Service Tax, they compelled me to resign , and now not paying 3 month's salary to me.
Also inform concerned Govt authority.

issue a legal notice to co.to pay ur 3 months
salary asap.
