Will for property inherited against relenquishment deed

(Querist) 10 October 2012 This query is : Resolved
I hv inherited my father's property against the Relenquishment Deed given by my sisters and my mother.
I wish to make a will for this property in favour of my wife & after her death in favour of my son.I hv one daughter also but I wish to exclude her from this inherited property.
Do I hv a right to make such a will or will my daughter always have equal share in this property?
Can my children claim share in this property even when I am alive?

you can make the will .
your children cannot claim share in property while you are alive .
it is only if di e without leaving any will would the property be divided equally among your wife , dughter and son
