Good morning
In the light of agitations opposing land acquisation in West Bengal and U.P, parliament passed a bill making necessary amendments to Land Acquisation Act inrespect of awarding compensation etc., to the benificiary.
Please provide more information in this regard and let me know when those amendments came into force, please give the details of those amendments at the earliest.
Or else please suggest me how can I get the details,
Any senior please attach a file of LA Act amendments in Andhra Pradesh regarding Compensation
What is the procedure is followed in the state of Andhra Pradesh with regard to the compensation to the benificiary, to whome government alloted land 30years back and qcquired in the same recently.

Dear Client,
The Land acquisition Amendment Act bill so far has not been passed in these states.. But according to the Supreme court, compensation along with RR(Resettlement and Rehabilitation of the oustees from the proposed displacement of persons/farmers from their land by the government or pvt bodies will've to be considered by the government keeping in view of Art 14, 21 and 39 etc of the Constitution of India and International conventions and treaties and principles in such matters.
