Share certificate /transfer register maintained by the soceity

In the share certificate register book maintained by the society the last 2-3 blank forms have been torn from the book with the counterfoil. So is there anything that I need to do about it?

Dear Pinky,
Did not you point out about the deficiency you noticed and asked the reason from your predecessor while taking over of charge, as secretary of the society?
If not, even if you point out the same now to him/her, he/she can just put the blame on you by denying any of his fault.
So, it would be better to take up the matter, at first by calling an executive body meeting and thereafter by calling an SGM to get authority to investigate the matter if the matter seems to be serious, otherwise get that regularised by the SGM once for all.
