How & Where Should I make complaint against JMFC for unlawful judgement & other misconduct.
An appeal was made against JMFC's order ,that order was set aside by Appellate court. In that Appellant court has passed judgment against JMFC. After 1 year in same case JMFC again passed another unlawful order of issuing process. Again an appeal against this order.Appellate court again passing order of set aside.
This conduct of JMFC is only for harassment.
This is also for bribe but no evidence.
If there is unlawful practice , inquiry must be done against JMFC.
I heard about National Judicial Council.Please give me Address,Email,website Or suggest me another Govt.Organization

First indicate why do you want to complaint against the judge?
Only because the judgement is against you does not make him prone to action even if it is against you.

Your query is f academic type without mention of the actual problem you have faced from the JMFC. Although no reply is made by the experts on such type of questions, but still, if are aggrived by any order passed by the judge, you can make an appeal against that order. Any complaint against JMFC may not fetch you any result.

You can complaint only for misconduct or corruption charge directly to Administrative judge of your area appointed by High Court or to vigilance cell of High Court, With an affidavit and proof. But beware that these should not be base less.
Against judgment you can't complaint.

If there is proof of misconduct then where should I make complaint against JMFC other than Judiciary or Highcourt

Law minister may intervene, if serious lapse . u may write to Chief Minister, Parliament & Law Minister , if in Mah State.

HC is the competent authority to enterttain complaint aganst JMFC if there is some solid proof of misconduct against him.
