now how to get to translate documents form local Indian language in to English through legal way.

Unless there are registered translators at local level,you need to visit any adept translator to get the work done which he can certify by an affidavit to be correct to his best ability.

There are many persons well qualified in Malyalam every where in India. You can get its translation from him and obtain his signature on translation and call him in evidence at the time of such evidence.
