Salary delay- advice me please :(

Dear Sir,
Working with an advertising company from last 08 year.Now company facing some fund problem these days.i not get paid salary with mine colleague from the last 04 month.December month we serving notice period.
Company MD said he will clear all dues before we leave i.e. dec 12 end.But i dont think personally tht he will make our salaries clear.
on a safer side pls suggest if there is any low where we can use to get paid our dues it will help us to makeup our mind to go through low to get paid our dues.
Please advice.

obtain expereince letter from company and leave the organisation in December 2012
if company is facing financial constraints wait for some time then issue legal notice .

There is no substitute of finance. You require your legal dues which have to be arrnaged by management and if they are facing financial crunch, you shall have to bear accordingly for some more time. Serve legal notice after December 12 and then file civil suit if no payment is made to you.
