Grounds for divorce

My husband left the house with my 12 year old son six months back. He sends my son home every week. I am waiting for my husband. I do not know what his plans are. I know as long as he does not see a future for a re-marraige, he will come out of any affair he has. If at all he has any. Can this abondonment form a divorce ground for him. Are there any suggestions for me.

living separately itself is a ground for separation as divorce and if he is sending the son to your home then he may use your son as witness for divorce as living separetely. you can file maintenance case for the same u/s 125 Cr.P.C.

Will filing RCR lead to divorce if my husband does not agree?

Dear Querist
if your husband is not ready to live with you and refuse to obey the RCR decree passed by the court this is also a ground for divorce and you can get divorce easily. but hope he returned to you.
