There will not be any minimum or maximum. Once marraige is established, the husband has to pay the maintenance untill you get divorce and you perform your second marraige. The maintenance u/s 125 Cr.p.c. is a must and minimum maintainance irrepective of any law of any religion. This will be in addition to the other maintenance. It will come under criminal law.

Under civil law you can claim maintenance of more amount depending upon the income of husbad. For example your husband is a Doctor earning Rs. 5 lakhs per month, you can claim approximately rs. 50,000/- per month. This is also known as alimony. Some time, if the parties to the petition agrees, the court grants permanent alimony that mean one time payment, instead of paying monthly.

once marriage is done is done he has to pay the monthly maintenance from his salary if he is not paying then you can file for maintenance and you would be awarded the same

There is no minimum or maximum amount of maintenance. A relationship of one second as husband and wife is sufficient to claim maintenance by wife.
