I CHALLANGE A ORDER OF TRIAL COURT US CRPC 125, IN DIST COURT US CRPC 397 REVISION APPLICATION,DURING A THIS REVISION APLICATION IS DECIDED BY DIST COURT, IF THE APPLICANT [WIFE] FILE A RECOVERY APPLICATION US CRPC125[3] IN TRIAL COURT, IF THE TRIAL COURT ISSUE A WARRNT, ON THAT CERCUMESTANCES, MY REVISION APPLICATION IS BEING MEANINGLESS, SO IN THIS CASE ANY PROVISION FOR STAY OREDR AGINST RECOVERY WARRANT? ANY RELATED CITATION FOR THAT?

better move an application before the Revisional Court for staying the operation of the orders of maintenance during the pending Revision Petition.
