i want to start a computer institute in my village what is the procedure for getting a licence for start the institution ?after getting licence how can i give the certificate after completing the course to my students? and one more thing would i start the spoken english institution with computer institution or not? please give a suggestion to my question

you have to decide whether you want to start as sole proprietor or as partnership or form a company for said purpose . take a franchisee of well known institute

you must have trainers who are in position to teach computers to village students . you may also need a shop and establishment license .

To give diploma or certificate, you have to get the authorized status from approved institutions, and after their procedure / examination certificate / diploma can be given on behalf of them as per procedure.
