Hello,
I am harjit from gurdaspur Punjab. I want advice for internet fraud. The problem is I order iphone 5 from seller refered by quikr and I have deposited 1,92,000 for iphone 5 9 pieces and Samsung galaxy 4 4 pieces. after receiving the amount seller is not sending phones he is not picking phone and emails. his address also I don't know I have transferred money in his icici bank accounts (Total 3). what should I do to recover my money

file a police complaint against seller for cheating and criminal breach of trust . you have evidence of payment being credited to account of seller .you can also file a civil suit for recovery of amount paid to seller .

Your question is quite incomplete without the information, when did you pay, what approximate period for delivery was mentioned in the acknowledgment of your order, where the seller is located, whether in India or abroad and in which country, whether you reported the natter to the customer care of Quickr or not and if reported what was the response from the site?

However, it is quite strange how you placed a wholesale order online without knowing the party or even checking at first by placing a test order for one or two pieces of the instruments?
