Respected Sir(s),
My humble request before all of you to give valuable suggestion for coming out of this bad time and my life may be saved:
Wife filed 498a thereafter 125 and other cases. Charge sheet is filed by IO and IO gave true position of the case on which case is seemed to be false or very week. She realized that she may be implicated herself in false case. Now some one is saying me that after withdrawing case, she will take more cruel action against me and my life will be very dangerous.
Now, Wife’s father and loved ones are giving pressure on me and my family to come in reconciliation through social way. I said to withdraw the case firstly writing to judge of session court and others that, case is filed under pressure and coercion and she does not want to continue the case .
Sir, actually I and my old parent are very anxious about her conduct as she issued my family prestige.
Suggest me:
1. What type of application is to be written by her so that, case of 125 and 498a may be in my favor ?
2. After withdrawing case, she can take any more action on me and my family.
Sir, suggest what strategy to be taken care so that she will not come in my touch and my family after withdrawing the case.
