i have got divorce but she has put appeal in high court plz tell me that can i live with another lady in live in relation now when the case is in high court

what are the negative points if i do so i mean if i live with another lady in live in relation

One of the negative point is that If at any stage the female partner files FIR of rape, on the ground of false consent of marriage the same would be decided by court in trial of rape. The Male partner will have no alternate but to get anticipatory bail, then regular bail and face the trial. The position of children born out of the relation will also be a problem legally and socially.
