Multiple cases filed by petitioners in Transfer of a co-op society plot have been dismissed for default in high court, civil court and arbitrator's court. No court gave an exparte order of dismissal. under the circumstances all the cases are at stand still at the moment. what do you suggest when even the appropriate forum, the Registrar of co-op societies also failed to resolve, but in its order mentioned that "since the nomination has been admitted/accepted by the Society it becomes a CONTRACT between the member and the Society".
How does this comment in the dismissal order help us.Myself and my sister are the nominees and our father is no more.Please advise.

society has to transfer the plot as per nomination on record . why has society not transferred plot as per nominations ?
