Heloo Respected experts
My wife put DV case against me and my parents in her home town this is the way they are harraing me and my parents.
But the fact is she is one who harresed her mentally
My question is Can my mother file DV case agaisnt my wife and her parents if yes pls advice

One more thing I want to ask you that i don't want to counter my wife by giving false allegation, I want to file DV case as after false 498A and DV case my parents went into great depression and they forget to even smile, in this old age nothing in there control if i have a prblem with my wife what they can do....
They are my parents is this the crime or living with Son is crime....
Is there is any provision for mental harassement in DV case.

try to fight cases filed by your wife . no sense in filing more cases . you spend more money on legal fees.

It shall be better to defend both cases filed against you and the exemption of your parents can be taken in those cases from the concerned courts. A new front should not be opened.
