(Querist) 10 July 2013 This query is : Resolved

Mr 'A' paid money for the peice of land alloted to his son Mr 'B'. Mr 'B' got loan to build the house on the said plot. Mr 'A' paid all the loan instalments from his own bank account (This is documented). Mr 'A' also paid money to get the property transferred from lease hold to freehold.

Mr 'B' dies. The property was duly tranferred in the name of Mr B's wife (daughter in law). Mr 'A' continues to reside in the same property. Now Mr B's wife and son (grandson of Mr 'A') want to evict Mr'A' and sell the property.

What rights does Mr 'A' has over the property?
