My own relative had given fake insurance which I came to know from the company after 4 to 5 months that the insurance I held was fake and the concerned person was not their agent. When I filed this complaint in police and they registered the case against him. Now he states that he had filled the insurance in his handwriting and signed the same on my instructions. It seems he is trying to involve me for no reasons. Please advice what can be done.

There is no preventive measure against a criminal case,if there would be a proper investigation have been done by the Police then truth may come.Wait and follow the matter.

There is no excuse before the accused person. He shall have to face the consequences of the criminal case filed by you against him.
